Pain Management Center of Wisconsin 

Our team of trained doctors are armed with a multidisciplinary team addressing all aspects of pain management; from diagnosis and assessment to treatment with non-invasive and invasive therapies. We offer a wide selection of pain treatment options made to benefit patients with acute or chronic pain.

Our final goal, is to provide our patients with the highest quality of medical care so they can enjoy the full active life.

Dr. Henry Rosler, M.D.

Dr. Rosler brings a bit of the warmth of South American hospitality to all his patients. He is board certified in Pain Management. He received his training by top experts at Mount Sinai Medical center and Affiliated Hospitals in New York City. He is a compassionate physician that incorporates comprehensive plan in treating one's pain. He provides personal patient care and he listens to the patient.

During his spare time, Dr.Rosler enjoys to spend time gardening, exercising, and trails with his wife and kids. Occasionally he likes watching the Original Star Trek series. 

Dr. Henry Alba, M.D.

Dr. Henry Alba a New York native brings completed his medical school, at the University of Bologna in Italy. From then on he went to complete his residency at the New York University Medical Center in New York City. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr.Alba holds a teaching position with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Wisconsin for almost 35 years. He also consults as a disability specialist for North Western Mutual Life Insurance Company for over 22 years. His current clinical interest lay in treating patients with complex musculoskltal and neurological conditions. This includes treating pain management patients, performing electrodiagnostic medicine, interventional pain management procedures, treatment of arthritic conditions, treatment of patients with disabilities from all diseases and accidents, while always focusing in on using the conservative approach. 

When not spending time with his family, Dr. Alba enjoys playing Classical Guitar and avidly follows BRewers Baseball as well as Packers Football. 

Dr.  Jordan Mandel

 Dr. Mandel completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and a fellowship at the Medical college of Wisconsin, Dr. Mandel has been practicing certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management and electrodiagnostic medicine.

He enjoys taking a personalized approach to treating each patient. He uses conservative treatment methods to minimize complications. His practice primarily utilizes conservative treatments such as physical therapy, exercise, medication and/or bracing to treat medical or bracing to treat medical or post traumatic conditions that cause pain of the neck, back or extremities. 

When not spending time with his family, Dr.Mandel enjoys playing golf and tennis and he is an avid fan of the packers, Brewers, Bucks, Badger.

Dr.  Jeff Kleiner 

Dr. Kleiner is board certified in both physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain.   He treats a vast array of spine and musculoskeletal pain disorders with a specialty in interventional minimally invasive neck, cervicogenic headache, and back procedures.  He graduated from University of Wisconsin Medical School, and completed PM&R residency at the University of Michigan.

Skills include fluoroscopic spine procedures, muscle, tendon and joint injections, Botulinum Toxin injection, EMG nerve studies, physical and occupational therapy and medications.  His focus is helping patients perform their daily activities and improving overall quality of life.  He looks at the whole patient and fine tunes a regimen for rapid reduction of pain and return to function.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 boys, fitness, playing soccer with his family, and music with his friends.
